vintage is the option not to be a mainstream copycat fag moll...lol!

Bijoux Robert Gossens, Chanel jewels,YSL

Roberto's polaroid framed photo on iPad

"Fag moll" is a private joke actually, it's not a biais expression, it referes to a Newsweek review dedicated to artress reknown Marisa Berenson, one could read in the article she was hanging out a lot with beautiful people and thence quoted as "fag moll" (jolie poupée pour gay) but she has style and likes designers attire too

when I was a teen I used to go and buy clothes at YSL, Yves for the familiars, place Saint Sulpice nearby my parents house in the secluded VIth arrondissement in Paris, salesmen were all super models, how much fun,

then I was toting my expensive attires in private catholic boarding schools nearby, that never really understood my bashing taste for fashion, they found it "trop visible et pas bourgeois du tout, de mauvais goût" but who cares now!

There were both the menstore and the women store on the same boardwalk of the delicious piazza, where the neoclassic Servandoni church stands, and I was buying heavily at both stores, because I liked so much the costume jewelry at YSL, when he was still the dressmaker,

here on the above pic, part of my collection, earring detail by artist Robert Gossens who also worked a lot for Gabrielle Chanel when she was still alive

Yves was inspired by artefacts from Morocco, Japan, Russia long before any other designers he particularly loved ethnic items from which he praised style and detail richness, he invented "vintage" in 1972 show that french people called at that time "rétro"

the uncontrovertible wishlist that adults call "must have"

lettre au père Noël, wishlist

Dear Santa Claus,

N°1 Beaucoup de bonbons

N°2 Beaucoup de bisous

N°3 Un circuit Scalextric digital

N°4 Beaucoup d'amour pour tous

nb: Scalextric is the most expensive slot car racing, but so funny!

I like to find in slot cars the cars I have owned once for real : Ferrari (by Racer though), Camaro SS, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Mustang, Mercedes, etc... I missed the Bugatti Veyron both as a slot/dinky toy car and for real Lol:)
